2016 Hangang Summer Festival

The Hangang Summer Festival, or Hangang Mongttang Festival, is the largest annual riverside festival enjoyed by visitors and citizens in Seoul. The program is organized by the Hangang Project Headquarters, part of the Seoul Metropolitan Government, in cooperation with various civic organizations, as they transform the Hangang River into a joy-filled playground.
