Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival
Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival takes place at Hwacheon county in Gangwon-do with plenty of snow and ice, perfect for a winter getaway. The festival programs include ice-fishing, ice sledding, bobsled, and other things to see and participate in. More than a ton of trout are poured into the ice stream every day during the festival so that anyone can catch a trout or two, even with little luck or skills.
