2016 Hangang Summer Festival
The Hangang Summer Festival, or Hangang Mongttang Festival, is the largest annual riverside festival enjoyed by visitors and citizens in Seoul. The program is organized by the Hangang Project Headquarters, part of the Seoul Metropolitan Government, in cooperation with various civic organizations, as they transform the Hangang River into a joy-filled playground. Activities span: camping, water leisure sports, concerts, film screenings, street festivals, bicycle rides, paper boat races, fire art and traditional art performances.

Transportation
The festival takes place at multiple locations around the Hangang River. The use of public transportation, either subway or bus, is strongly recommended during the festival.
