The Garden of Morning Calm’s yearly iris festival is held every June, when irises are in full bloom. During the festival, the Seohwayeon Pond turns into an exquisite site, with water lilies and Russian irises everywhere.
Started in 2013, “Talk! Talk! Korea” is the global contents competition organized by the Korean Culture and Information Service (KOCIS), KBS World, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
This year’s rose festival begins on May 27 at the Rose Theme Garden at the Seoul Grand Park. The garden will be covered with roses in full bloom and visitors can enjoy concerts and a rose pool filled with petals throughout the festival.
